This is my second stay at this hotel (the first back in 2012 for my honeymoon). This time we stayed as a group of 12 people as the final stop on our 17 day trip around Thailand. It was the perfect last stop. It would also be a great start to any trip in Thailand as you can rest up here after the flight and get over your jet lag! The reception area is beautiful and very stylish. The check in process was easy and the staff were extremely friendly. We had booked a suite and it came with its own living room with TV and the bed was huge. More than enough room for my husband and I and our 3 year old son. The pool area is amazing with nice city views and a bar which also has a happy hour in the evening. Around the pool there are sunbeds and a jacuzzi area. There is also an outdoor shower which is great to use at night with all of the city lit up! The breakfast was absolutely lovely with lots of different options and perfect to set you up for a day walking around Bangkok. The area around the hotel is quite built up with lots of shops and things to do. there is also a metro stop about 400 metres away which will take you downtown to the historic sights in about 20-25 minutes (you can even stop at Lumphini park and see the monitor lizards on the way). All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. There is also a gym for anyone who would like to work out. My son broke a vase in the reception area whilst he was playing and the staff were soo nice about it.

The breakfast buffet was amazing—great variety ranging from Western to Thai. I looked forward to grabbing breakfast every day! Room was clean and comfy. I stayed in the main building and only checked out the pool and gym (didn't end up actually going), but all the facilities seemed great. I felt incredibly safe traveling as a female solo traveler, and the staff were incredible. They would be always present at the front door and desk to open doors and offer help. The location of the hotel was superb for my first visit as there were plenty of massage places nearby and having terminal 21 walking distance was great for grabbing food whenever and wherever. I also enjoyed being able to buy fruit and get massages from local vendors on my walk home. Although traffic can be bad, I had no issues—especially since I took motorcycle taxis when it was really bad. Overall had an amazing experience and would want to come back next time in Bangkok.

The room was excellent except for some air-conditioning issues during the last couple of days. Hot and cold at times. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of Western and Asian food to suit most peoples needs. Excellent fresh fruit selection, juices and hot buffet plus freshly cooked eggs etc. Overall Service by the staff was to a 5 Star Standard from the front desk, dining area, room service, and the maid cleaning the room. A friendly Tuk Tuk driver to the the BTS was always available at short notice. The BTS rail system services most tourist areas, shopping centres and markets. In addition other shopping centres, restaurants and bars are in a short walking distance to the hotel.

One of the highlights of my stay was the invigorating shower with excellent water pressure. The staffs were very helpful and pleasant at all times. The other most convenient aspects of the hotel was the on-demand transportation to and from Terminal 21 everyday 8am-8pm. This service made getting around the city a breeze, and it added an extra layer of convenience to my stay. It’s those small touches that can really make a difference, and we certainly appreciated it. Speaking of convenience, the hotel’s proximity to both the MRT and BTS stations, just 7 minutes away (by foot). Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! We can’t wait to return on my next trip.

A very modern, sleek and trendy hotel. A very good location with close proximitiy to bars, restaurants, cafe's, Nana + Asok BTS and Terminal 21 Shopping Centre. The hotel itself had good facilities - a nice rooftop pool and bar (Level 11). The rooms were comfortable and a good size and there were good options for breakfast in the morning too. Each member of staff were very helpful, respectful and always greeted you with a smile. I enjoyed my stay at the Night Hotel and would stay here again when I revisit Bangkok in the future.
